I'm not the first to put Bakura into the Pokemon universe, and I'm by far not the first to put him into a dress. :3
Because Dawn's name was Hikari originally, and people like to call Ryou Bakura and Yuugi the "hikari" as opposed to Yami Bakura and Yami Yuugi.
Forgot Dawn's scarf, orz...
Anybody to tell me I got Ryou's eye colour wrong can go take a long walk off a short pier, etc etc.
